The Role:
There is an exciting opportunity for a Loan Compliance and Reporting Manage to join our Finance team, based in our offices in Chile.

The Loan Compliance and Reporting Manager reports to the Financial Controller, and in close contact with the Head of Project Finance and other functional Heads in the organization, will be responsible for managing banking relationships and ensuring all loan compliance requirements in relation to our project finance loans are met as well as tracking the loan compliance process to ensure compliance with all applicable bank and regulatory policies and procedures

Loan Compliance and Reporting Manager will be preparing the financial statements with its notes under IFRS of all entities in Chile; overseeing the preparation and completion of the global and local audit and supervising and maintaining the accounting regulations within the group. The Loan Compliance and Reporting Manager will lead process improvement initiatives within the group and perform ad hoc analysis / support as needed

Desirable skills
- Excellent knowledge of project financing, financial modelling and related financial responsibilities as well as developing and implementing loan compliance reporting and management process.
- Managing bank relationships with respect to Loan Compliance including day-to-day communications, waivers, etc.
- Team player and good relationship builder
- Experience managing direct and indirect reports, but also a self-starter thriving on challenge
- Fluency (spoken and written) in English and Spanish
