Roles and Responsibilities
The role is responsible for the end-to-end process of generating, validating, and delivering syndicated and custom client reports using IQVIA and third-party data. Key responsibilities include:
Data Integration and Preparation
Combine IQVIA data with client or third-party data to produce non-syndicated reports.
Receive, review, and standardize external data sources (e.g., call files) for integration into reporting workflows.
Report Generation and Validation
Execute automated jobs to generate syndicated or custom report files.
Monitor job execution and validate successful completion.
Perform data quality checks and resolve anomalies or inconsistencies in report outputs.
Report Delivery
Format and produce reports in the media specified by the client (e.g., USB drives, electronic books).
Ensure the quality and integrity of the final report media.
Manage the shipment of physical media (e.g., hardcopy, USB) and verify online publishing timelines and file accuracy.
Client Support and Communication
Provide support to clients regarding Pendrive production, including shipment alerts and courier tracking.
Act as a liaison with the Local Office for issue resolution and escalations.
System and Process Management
Update internal systems (e.g., AIS) with relevant report and shipment data.
Populate and maintain operational metrics for performance tracking.
Create and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
Team Collaboration and Training
Train new team members on processes and tools.
Share responsibilities and best practices to ensure team efficiency and knowledge continuity.
