- EF Language Abroad is looking for a strategical, entrepreneurial, and sales driven Sales Coordinator taking the program to the next level
- You will play a vital role in promoting and selling our language courses abroad. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your primary objective will be to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. **The Sales Coordinator** in **Santiago** is the main responsible for selling our programs and for connecting with our customers through the phone, face to face, online and via social media (this is not cold calling).
- Your main responsibilities are:
- dentify and pursue sales opportunities by contacting potential clients interested in language courses abroad- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions- Provide personalized advice through consultative selling to match clients’ language learning goals- Stay informed on our language courses, destinations, services, and industry trends- Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and offering timely support- Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and deliver a consistent global experience- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment- Generate leads and promote the brand by attending fairs, school visits, and university presentations
- Requirements:

- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism or related fields.- Sales experience, preferably in fast-paced or service-focused industries- Goal-oriented, with strong motivation to exceed targets- Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus- International experience preferred (study/work abroad)- Customer-focused and relationship-driven- Flexible and resilient; open to weekend shifts- Team player with cultural awareness- Proficient in CRM and sales tools
