This role will be tasked with driving technical initiatives from initial opportunity identification, research, feasibility analysis, and feature definition, to deployment and post-implementation success tracking.

- Emotionally intelligent, humble communicator who helps the team and leadership understand objectives and facilitates feedback on product strategy
- Understanding of the Jobs to be Done, conceptualizing enhancements to optimize products and increase adoption
- Measuring and monitoring key outcomes, targets, North Star metric alignment, OKRs, and KPIs; incorporating learnings from these outcomes post-launch to improve product experience
- Creating strong collaborative partnerships with other internal departments, peer and vendor partners, and leadership to develop and oversee product roadmap and strategy, overseeing prioritization and development of user-centered job stories, aligned with departmental and organizational objectives
- Establishing compelling product visions, inspired by users, bringing clarity and focus to the right problems, identifying the experiments to solve and outcomes they will achieve
- Incorporating user-centered practices to define and drive outcomes of user discovery, ideation, design, development, and launch of product roadmap initiatives
- Leading and structuring a user-centered, end-to-end lifecycle of product development by working jointly with your cross-functional product “squad” of engineers, designers, and marketers; holding your own when brainstorming with your squad of technical architects, engineers, and designers
- Partnering with project management and/or program management to ensure efficient delivery of deliveries or sprints

Expectations:

BA/BS or equivalent
- Product thinker and problem solver with insatiable curiosity about how things work, jobs to be done, what motivates behavior, and how to build outcomes-based solutions
- Demonstrated ability to influence others through inclusivity, encouraging diverse perspectives, and creating meaningful collaborative partnerships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills: ability to balance and act on both qualitative and quantitative data
- Detail-orientated and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines with high complexity and ambiguity
- Experience with online consumer marketplaces is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce, Service Cloud, Advanced Approvals, Tableau, Analytics, etc. is a plus
- Experience using JIRA, MIRO, Mural products/platforms and prototyping tools is a plus
