**Position Summary**We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will play a critical role in managing and overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate financial reports. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the financial success of Otte Polo Group.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Prepare and file tax documents, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: $1,600,000 - $2,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- GAAP: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CPA (preferred)
