**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Manager Material Handling you will lead and administrate a technology engineering and operation team for projects included in the Minerals Americas Autonomy Program to assure project success from studies to implementation and future operation, you will be:

- Responsible for the Technology work package and act as focal point to and from other areas and functions, including project and key stakeholder technology requirements.
- Create and support a team culture of continuous improvement and leading change.
- Responsible to define and control Technology Capex, Opex and Schedule of both study and execution phases.
- Assure alignment with BHP and Technology standards.
- Lead the Technology team to develop deliverables according Technology engineering framework, including High Level Designs and Low Level Designs.
- Manage interactions with the different areas at each asset.
- Responsible for Transition to Operation of the Technology components and services.

**About You**:
Requirements for success:

- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, is a must.
- Experience in Mine Autonomy Projects, is a plus.
- You have 7+years of experience leading study, engineering and implementation phases for projects.
- Knowledge of autonomy technologies and associated infrastructure is desirable.
- You have Engineer or Bachelor degree in the fields of STEM (Science, technology, engineering and mathematics).
- English level, advanced.
- Experience from working with colleagues from different countries or experience from Multinational companies, is a plus.
