**Job Profile / Activities**:
The incumbent in this position is responsible for attaining total parts Sales to End User business plan and POPS-C in assigned territory for assigned industry, while leading transformation of a customer-oriented Sales & Marketing Culture. Accountable for delivering aftermarket growth for parts, labor and worktools (Mining) and Sponsor the growth and development of Aftermarket Solutions Reps(ASRs) and develop effect dealer Parts & Service Sales Managers to achieve the desired business results.
JOB DUTIES:
- Deliver the Annual Parts Business Plan for the territory
- This Achieve parts sales objectives for targeted customer accounts
- Lead a customer-oriented Sales & Marketing Culture
- Successfully deploy the Service Growth Deep Dive strategy where appropriate and relevant
- Deliver Annual Business Plan Sales to End User (STU) and the Critical Few
- Supply accurate competitive intelligence gathered from the field and documented in Caterpillar systems
- Provide input to parts orders business plan and S&OP process
- Drive dealer parts & service sales by implementing monthly sales management meeting
- Manage the sales funnel and key account management within own teams. Consolidate and communicate VOC & VOD on won/lost parts & service sales to internal business teams for action
- Sponsor the growth and development of District ASRs and dealer parts & service sales managers within assigned territory
- Lead the implementation of the digital transformation of sales processes
- Drive the aftermarket solutions sales to achieve business plan (for parts, worktools and reman)
- Ensure optimum use of Parts Sales Variance to meet yield annual business plan and growth targets
- Collaborate effectively with all relevant business partners
- Consolidate and report customer parts & service requirements and key customer insights to internal business partners. Actively champion and influence change related to Caterpillar parts & service support strategies, products, and services
- Drive improvements in parts & service sales management processes at dealers in region. Increase dealer closure rate for parts & service sales opportunities, leveraging marketing campaigns to maximize sales results
- Provide product support account management at a corporate level with assigned large opportunity Target Accounts
- Assist in developing an effective pipeline of qualified future ASRs.
**Basic Qualifications**
**Education**:Complete Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
**Experience**:+5 years of prior experience working in a dealer and customer facing role. Deep mining knowledge with desirable customer mine site experience. Previous leadership experience with direct reports.
**Language**:Spanish and Advanced English.
**Behavioral skills**:Excellent customer focus, communication, negotiation, influencing, and selling skills.
Extensive travel requirements in region with minimum 50%.
**Desirable Qualifications**
Fluent English/ Spanish

People or project leadership experience
