**About the project**:
Our client is a U.S. startup developing an AI-driven solution that automates the creation of performance reviews and status reports, streamlining workplace documentation and evaluation processes. This platform reduces the time spent on administrative tasks, enabling a sharper focus on strategic goals.

**Role Expectations and Qualifications**

You are a Senior Backend developer with expertise in Python and a deep understanding of DevOps practices.
- ** Web Development and API**: Flask and Flask-Restful
- ** Containerization**: Docker and Docker Compose
- ** CI/CD**: GitHub Actions
- **Infrastructure as Code**: Terraform or Pulumi or equivalent
- **Configuration management**: Ansible or equivalent
- **Cloud Computing and Automation**: AWS Automation
- ** Security **and** Authentication protocols**: OAuth, JWT.
- ** Data processing **and** Messaging**: Redis, Kafka or equivalent
- **Server Management **and **Application Deployment**: Apache and WSGI
- ** Database Management**: Postgres and psycopg2
- ** Good **oral and written** English **communication skills
