About the role_**:
We are seeking a sharp, team-oriented, punctual and organized professional with strong leadership and solving-problem skills to be responsible for our car units and any event that could compromise our live operation. This is an opportunity to work with a world class operations team on the daily functions that drive our business.
You must be comfortable with field work and have excellent soft skills as you will have direct contact with our drivers and the city authorities.
- What you'll do day in day out_
The PLA is mainly responsible for our car units, as well as the in-person check-ins and outs of our drivers. The PLA will also be in constant contact with the fleet manager to coordinate the solutions to any possible situation that presents with the traffic officers and with our vehicles.
- Register check-ins and check-outs and on our check-list
- Ensure vehicles are in optimum condition to be operated, charging, fuel & washing
- Constant communication with the Fleet Manager, COAs and Drivers.
- Timely communication with our driver’s force to assure the operation runs as required.
- Manage the coin balance for the cash paid rides.
- Driver calibration for the recruiting process regarding driving and customer service abilities.
