Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Manager

**Job Description**:
Main Responsibilities:
As Solar Technical Manager, the person will be in charge of the following, but not limited to, activities:

- Daily monitoring of the performance of a portfolio of by means of an internal monitoring tool
- Periodical site visits to check the conditions of the above mentioned assets following internal procedures
- Reporting to the client, technical reports, KPIs, the main parameters of the performance of the plants and financial status (feed in tariff, energy selling) according to the contractual obligations.
- Monitoring and supervision of the O&M activity, predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance, checking compliance with warranties in place according to the contracts in force.
- Coordination with all the bodies involved in the operation (CEN, Portal de Pagos, Market Agent, Municipalities, Region/Province administrative bodies, etc.) to comply with the obligations and current regulation.
- Understand and coordinate PPA with different stakeholders.
- Follow-up and control of the different contracts related to the management, operation and maintenance of the facilities

Key Requirements:

- More than four (4) years of experience in technical positions, preferably in renewable energy
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering
- Sound technical knowledge of solar PV. Wind energy knowledge will be valued
- Experienced in technical consultancy services and/or technical asset management
- Commercial skills:

- Engage clients effectively to build relationships
- Ability to negotiate and close opportunities
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office package, AutoCAD, MS Project.
- Language Skills: Fluent Spanish and English
- Management skills:

- Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients and to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
- Ability to handle complex/sensitive issues
- Proactive and autonomous
- Used to work in an international environment
- Driving license
