Orionx busca Customer Success executive, se requiere un profesional integral con conocimientos básicos de tecnologías y con una actitud altamente proactiva, capaz de guiar a los usuarios al momento del registro de la plataforma y en el funcionamiento del exchange.
Objetivo del cargo
Alcanzar y consolidar una experiência al cliente.
Funciones
- Guiar a los usuarios a través de la plataforma.
- Cumplir una función educativa con los usuarios que tengan poco conocimiento en el tema.
- Entregar soporte a los usuarios diariamente.
Perfil de cargo
- Que sea proactivo/a, optimista, creativo/a, innovador/a, que nada le parezca imposible y quiera ser parte de este proyecto. (excluyente)
- Que tenga experiência laboral relevante para el puesto.
- Uso avanzado de computador (excluyente)
