Street Diligence is a high-growth FinTech start-up with an innovative product offering and ambitious expansion plans. Our clients include leading financial institutions that use our platform to analyze and negotiate advantageous terms in legal and financial contracts. We break down key terms, identify what’s “market” and “off-market” and flags risks embedded in contract terms. Our platform also provides unique visuals, benchmarking and comparison to place negotiations and contracts in context. Founded in 2012, Street Diligence is headquartered in New York.

**THE ROLE**

Love spreadsheets, systems, and spotting patterns? Curious about private credit (or just want to finally understand what a covenant really is)? We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our mighty Operations team. You’ll be our behind-the-scenes deal detective—diving into docs, testing new ideas, and helping us streamline and scale smarter. It’s part data, part strategy, and a whole lot of curiosity.

You’ll work side-by-side with the Director of Operations and our product-minded ops crew to improve the way we analyze documents and launch new doc types. If you’re organized, analytical, and have a thing for turning chaos into clarity, you’ll thrive here.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Learn the ins and outs of financial contracts (yes, even the gnarly parts)
- Help ensure every doc we touch is buttoned-up, accurate, and client-ready
- Streamline workflows to make our internal systems faster, better, stronger
- Contribute to new product ideas and help expand our universe of doc types
- Support testing for new algorithms and QA processes

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- A genuine interest in financial markets (private credit = extra credit)
- A weird love of details and a sixth sense for catching errors
- Startup spirit: You’re proactive, self-motivated, and ready to roll up your sleeves
- Solid communication chops—you’re great with people and even better with bullet points
- Bonus points for a degree in Business, Finance, Econ, or something similar
- Bonus points if you’ve played around with legal docs or data tools
