**Claims Analyst**:

This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work virtually as well as from our Santiago office

**What the day will look like**:

- Processing of Fac and Treaties claims (cash calls) at internal systems.
- Update of reserves and status of claims
- Review of Open Balances
- Monitoring of SOX Reports items (Unallocated Cash, Advanced Payments, Unactioned LMI)
- Visit to cedents to coordinate actions needed for claims recovery and management

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Student of analytical or administrative careers
- Experience working in the automotive industry, ideally with general insurance
- Experience in claims (desirable)
- Intermediate English
- Experience with office tools
