The main responsibility of the Service Operational Support Department is to give all the inputs needed for the Maintenance Order to be executed in a right and timely manner.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all activities related to Service master data entry within SAP and Salesforce
- Timely and accurate processing of data entry
- Non-compliance / data integrity solution support
- Anchor point for master data processing requests
**Qualifications**
- 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- SAP Knowledge in PM, MM and SD.
- Salesforce knowledge is desirable.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis and data minning (Advance Excel level).
- Bachelors' degree in Industrial Engineering, System Engineering or other related.
**Competencies**
- Positive and professional attitude, with a customer service orientation
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of working with MS Office, SAP and Salesforce
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements while maintaining consistent and reliable master data
- Analytical and problem-solving capability
