**Sobre el Rol**:
Como Engineer Project su responsabilidad será asegurar la correcta ejecución de proyectos de la Superintendencia de Proyectos Menores en seguridad, tiempo, costo, alcance y calidad. Además, mantener en todo momento un enfoque en lo que agrega valor al negocio, focalizado en la optimización de los recursos disponibles, representando una opción eficiente y eficaz a las demandas constructivas de la operación.
Ser un referente y soporte técnico en su especialidad, apoyando técnicamente los requerimientos de ingeniería de la operación. Con un fuerte enfoque de atención al cliente interno y jugando un rol integrador entre la estrategia y la materialización en terreno de los proyectos.

En este Rol usted deberá:

- Liderar ejecución de proyectos completos, que incluya diversas especialidades y manteniendo un fuerte dominio en el ámbito de la construcción.
- Administrar el uso de recursos para ejecutar los proyectos de la Gerencia, optimizando los bienes e insumos disponibles.
- Fomentar el trabajo en equipo de la Superintendencia, para generar las sinergias necesarias que requieran los proyectos para exitosa ejecución.
- Liderar la activación oportuna, con el área de Supply, de los procesos de licitaciones de los proyectos a su cargo.
- Manejar los programas de los proyectos a su cargo, con planes dedicados de avances, seguridad, calidad y riesgos.

**Sobre usted**:

- Título en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Civil Mecánica, Ingeniería Civil Eléctrica, Ingeniería Civil Industrial o carrera a fin.
- Deseable Post-Grado en área de gestión de proyectos.
- Experiência de al menos 3 años en gestión de proyectos o construcción de industria de minería, energía o infraestructura.
- Deseable manejo idioma inglés nível intermedio/avanzado
- Poseer conocimientos de los riesgos críticos del área que puedan atentar contra la calidad, seguridad, salud y el medio ambiente.
- Poseer conocimiento general reglamento sobre condiciones sanitarias y ambientales básicas en los lugares de trabajo. Decreto Supremo N°594.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en faena Spence en turnos 4x3 o 7x7, dependiendo de los requerimientos de la superintendencia.
