**Responsibilities**
- Data Analysis and Reporting_
- Conduct thorough data analysis focusing on key performance indicators such as CPA, LTV, and other relevant e-commerce metrics.
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track business performance, highlighting trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
- Strategic Insights and Recommendations_
- Translate complex data sets into actionable insights to inform business strategies.
- Provide recommendations on marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and product development based on data-driven insights.
- Analyze customer behavior and trends to enhance customer experience and engagement on the platform.
- Project Management and Collaboration_
- Lead data-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align data analysis with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Technical Skills_
