**About the Role**:

- Execute Major Projects in a sustainable manner according to BHP's charter of values, without any accident.
- Manage the execution of a Project with ~150MUSD$.
- Manage the contractor's resources with decisions and contractual agreements.
- They must permanently negotiate with the companies, as a result of ground interference, scope changes or new scopes.
- They are the representatives of the Project before BHP / Assets / Authorities.
- Directs and project manages the Commissioning phase and Support operationes during Ramp-up phase.
- Leads in the management of the execution schedule, cost and scope to deliver the project’s scope of work in accordance with the Projects approved business case.
- Develop and activate contingency plans and risk control on a permanent basis.
- Leads the integration of inputs from contributing Functions and manages trade-offs for preserving value.
- Drives best value decision-making to ensure the project moves forward, minimising delays and setbacks in the drive to attain project KPI’s.
- Monitors the delivery of the project to ensure that deviations from the execution plan are adequately managed and communicated and rectified.
- Manages project execution in compliance with both internal and external governance processes and our requirements.
- Leads stakeholder engagement and ensures stakeholders are aligned throughout the course of the execution phase through timely communication.
- Drives implementation of project delivery processes, strategies, systems and execution plans.
- Owns & develops the delivery strategy, execution strategy & plans, controllable cost & schedule basis through development & delivery phases, collaborating with the development function on trade-offs.
- Identifies, builds and develops Sub-function talent including a pipeline of talent for key positions.

- Experience in management areas.
- Experience in project´ owners team
- Proven safety management skills.
- Proven change management skills.
- Engineering degree.
- Availability to work 4x3.
