**What you’ll do**:

- _You will develop and support flutter widgets or libraries for other developers to use. _
- _Provide technical guidance, supervise others, instruct and debug code written by team members. _
- _Enforce security controls _
- _Automate your deployments as part of the path to production. _
- _Document code/processes so that any other developer will be able to dive into them with mínimal effort. _
- _Collaborate with the product team, architects, and others to document features and changes _
- _Participate in peer design and code reviews. _
- _Elevate the performance of colleagues through training, mentoring, and promoting best practices. _
- _Experiment with technologies and propose solutions to colleagues including architects and the IT leadership team. _

**What experience you need**:

- 2 _+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart (mandatory) _
- 2 _+ years of experience in Mobile Application development in other platforms (Hybrid or Native). (mandatory) _
- _2+ years of experience in Mobile Application build publishing (Apple Connect, TestFlight, Google Play Console). (mandatory) _
- _1+ years of experience in Mobile Application CICD technologies (Jenkins, Fastlane, Bitrise, Github Actions, Gitlab CICD) (desired) _
- _1+ years of Unit and automation testing on Mobile specific technologies (Appium, XCUITest, Espresso, BrowserStack, AWS Device Farm)_

**What could set you apart**:

- _You have experience developing and publishing Flutter widgets and libraries for the OpenSource Community. _
- _2+ years of experience with one of the Public Cloud technologies: Google, AWS, Azure _
- _2+ years of Web service development, resource-oriented architecture, RESTful web services experience _
- _You have interest in developing leadership and motivational skills _
- _You possess a willingness to empower as well as encourage commitment and positive attitude in the team _
- _You have an inquisitive and innovative mindset with a shown ability to recognize opportunities to create distinctive value _
- _You can successfully evaluate workload to drive efficiency_
