RESPONSIBILITIES- Utilising understanding of end to end process and local book to maintain strong internal controls.- - Ensure the performance of global controls over financial & management reporting.- - Ensure adherence to accounting and financial policies and procedures of UL.- - Consolidation and examining monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.- - Creating financial local and global statements.- - Research current economic and financial outlook.- - Present financial reports and estimates to decision makers within the organization.- - Utilize technical skills to create charts and graphs for visual understanding.- - Assessing financial operations and accounting department performance.- - Utilize math skills to analyze key financial data.- - Provide solutions to accounting issues as they arise.- - Inspecting accounting books and systems to ensure efficient reporting.- - Investigate and provide feedback on accounting irregularities.- - Support to M&A projects.- - Support for closing processes Your Key Tasks.- - The individual has a natural bias for action and is willing to make a positive difference to achieve higher levels of performance.- - Takes direct ownership of objectives with high levels of self-assurance to achieve goals.Impactful and flexible in communicating and influencing the issues with the ability to work across matrices of functions.KEY REQUERIMENTS- University degree.- - Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods) industry.- - International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) knowledge is pre-requisite.- - Strong understanding of global accounting policy manual.- - Good understanding of the global financial control’s framework.- - Strong financial and business acumen.- - Strong technical individuals with accounting background.- - End to end management.- "Todos los avisos de Unilever se encuentran en el marco de la Ley 21.015 de Inclusión Laboral"_
