**Salary is up to 2.1 million CLP per month (gross) plus generous and achievable commission**

**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**

Project Management roles and responsibilities are split across Commercial, Operational, Team and Compliance skillsets, including;
- Continually advises customers on how to create, adapt and improve projects to help achieve customers’ goals
- Effective management of recruitment resources towards commercial opportunities
- Collaborates effectively with other PMs: proactively shares updates to line manager for full overview on project/account health, and engages and inspires colleagues to deliver
- Mastering the Techspert compliance framework by consistently and proactively flagging and resolving common compliance issues relating to both Experts and our Customers
