**About the Role**

**Your Mission**

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and launch of innovative travel products that enhance the user experience and drive revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX, design, engineering, marketing, and business development to define and prioritize product requirements.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new product innovation and growth opportunities.
- Develop and communicate a product vision and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization.
- Define and measure key product metrics and use data to make proactive and reactive product decisions.
- Collaborate with UX and design teams to create intuitive, user-centered designs that drive engagement and adoption.
- Work with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure products are developed on time and on budget. _Our Engineering Manager will be your best bud for sure in this task._
- Ensure products meet legal and regulatory requirements before, when developing and after.
- Champion new product ideas and innovations within the company.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of product management experience in the tech industry, desirable products for and in United States or that were deployed in the US driven by growth.
- Proven track record of launching successful products and driving revenue, desirable growth in United States clients.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with design, engineering, and marketing teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
