Para que la app funcione, necesitamos Shoppers, así que ya puedes imaginarte lo importante que es el equipo de Shopper Ops para Cornershop by Uber. Ellos no están simplemente monitoreando la operación global de Shoppers, sino que continuamente están buscando cómo optimizar los procesos, herramientas y la tecnología para lograr sus objetivos. Shopper Ops maneja áreas como Shoppers Experience, Growth, Capacity Management, Quality, Inventory, Payments and Safety.
En la compleja operación de Shoppers, existe un héroe anónimo que permite que todo pueda funcionar en las zonas de traspaso: el Drop off Zone operator. Estamos buscando una persona que pueda ocupar este honorable e importante cargo, y organizar y operar estas importantes áreas para que sean todo un éxito.
En Cornershop estamos desarrollando una nueva forma de operar con los pickers y drivers, y buscamos gente proactiva para ayudarnos a que esto sea todo un éxito. El o la Drop off Zone operator operará las nuevas zonas de traspaso, donde los pickers dejan sus pedidos para que los drivers vengan a retirarlos. Estamos en un periodo de constante aprendizaje y mejoras de la operación, por lo que parte importante de este trabajo es identificar oportunidades de mejora de las herramientas que se usan y los procesos en la zona de traspaso.
**¿Qué harás en esta posición?**:
- Operar las zonas de traspaso de pedidos, especialmente la zona de entrega y retiro de pedidos.
- Armar y guardar la zona de traspaso diariamente.
- Recibir pedidos de los pickers.
- Organizar y guardar los pedidos en el sistema y los espacios asignados.
- Entregar pedidos a los drivers que vengan a buscarlos.
- Mantener las zonas organizadas y ordenadas según las reglas de la sala y Cornershop.
- Reportar problemas y potenciales mejoras al Manager de operaciones de zonas.
