**What you'll be doing**:
- Using cutting-edge data science and machine learning methodologies to tackle complex business problems and deliver insights that resonate with our clients.
- Using advanced analytical capabilities and benefiting from the learning of our 500 Data Scientists globally.
- Investigate and implement the most appropriate analytical techniques for each project, re-using and further developing global solutions or code written by others.
- Deploy data science and machine learning algorithms and market products on chosen tech stack for efficient and cost-effective delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure full understanding of client requirements, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Participate in client meetings to help explain the proposed methodology and solutions.
**What we expect from you**
- University degree in technology, natural sciences, mathematics, statistics or similar fields
- 5 to 6 years of experience with programming in work/business environment
- Advanced analytical skills, Insight Analysis and Data Visualization/Story telling
- Ability to manage own projects, analytical work streams for client accounts, coordinate related projects with other team members and coach more juniors team members
- Experience working in retail analytics is a nice to have
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- English language is required
