**Cargo**:Engineer I

**Responsabilidades**:

- Aplicar habilidades y experiência en ingeniería para mejorar la seguridad, la calidad, la entrega y el costo mediante la planificación y ejecución de proyectos de ingeniería, al tiempo que se cubren los costos del proyecto y los objetivos programados.
- Apoyar los esfuerzos para identificar áreas dentro de la función de operaciones donde la seguridad, la calidad, la entrega y el costo puedan mejorarse.
- Apoyar estudios de factibilidad, determinar estimaciones de mano de obra y costos.
- Desarrollar criterios de ingeniería para planificar proyectos e impulsar proyectos más pequeños desde la aprobación y ejecución hasta el reconocimiento de objetivos.
- Trabajar con otros para garantizar que los proyectos se ajusten a las normas locales, regionales, nacionales y corporativas de seguridad, medio ambiente y otras normas aplicables.
- Apoyar los esfuerzos técnicos para desarrollar e integrar procesos de fabricación para productos nuevos y significativamente revisados
**Requisitos indispensables**:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Química, Mecánica o Eléctrica o afín.
- 2 años de experiência en un entorno químico, alimentario o relacionado con manufactura.
- Conocimiento de las metodologías Lean Manufacturing y Six Sigma.
- Ausencia de patrocinio de inmigración disponible para este puesto.
**Calificaciones preferidas**:

- 5 años de experiência en un entorno químico, alimentario o relacionado con producción.
- Maestría en una disciplina de Ingeniería.
- Experiência en TPM y World Class manufacturing.
