La posición tiene la responsabilidad de apoyar la implementación de la estrategia de generación de evidencia en epidemiología, health outcomes y economía de la salud, alineado con las necesidades médicas no cubiertas para apoyar y facilitar el acceso al mercado de medicamentos GSK de especialidad en el clúster de LSP.

**Tus responsabilidades**:
Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades claves para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:

- Implementar actividades de generación de evidencia en epidemiología y economía de la salud para apoyar necesidades locales a través de revisión de literatura, análisis de bases de datos, estudios de recolección datos y adaptaciones de modelos económicos, así como el diseño y coordinación de los estudios epidemiológicos locales, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas y procesos internos de GSK
- Realizar y supervisar adaptaciones de modelos económicos para la realidad local a través de proveedores de servicios externos según guías locales e internacionales, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas internas, desarrollando y aprobando las propuestas y protocolos de estudios con análisis de datos, control de calidad y plano de publicaciones.
- Desarrollar publicaciones científicas basados de los proyectos de generación de evidencia locales, presentando datos y mensajes de valor de los productos GSK en línea con los objetivos de acceso y negocio de la empresa para audiencias relevantes como pagadores, documentando adecuadamente archivos relevantes de los proyectos de generación de evidencia
- Proveer soporte técnico y estratégico necesario para la unidad de Market Access, Marketing y Medical.
- Gerenciar los proveedores para actividades de los proyectos de generación de evidencia externalizadas, garantizando el cumplimiento del contrato y la calidad del servicio prestado
- Nuestra área de Value Evidence & Outcomes se dedica a generar evidencia científica de alta calidad que es relevante para la comunidad científica y pacientes, aportando para el avance de la ciencia local y mayor comprensión de las enfermedades crónicas de las áreas terapéuticas donde actuamos._

**Tus calificaciones**:
Para alcanzar nuestras metas estamos buscando profesionales con las siguientes características:

- Formación Profesional en el área de la salud como medicina, química farmacéutica, enfermería, bioquímica, Biología o carreras similares.
- Con 2 años de experiência en adelante en desarrollo de investigación científica
- Manejo del idioma inglés oral es requerido.
- Manejo avanzado del paquete de office
- Conocimiento del sistema de salud chileno
- Manejo de bases de datos bibliográficas
- Dominio en algún software de análisis estadístico de base de datos (ejemplo: STATA, SPSS, R)
- Conocimiento/experiência en gerencia y desarrollo de proyectos en el sector salud, fármaco economía análisis económico, evaluación de tecnologías sanitarias, epidemiologia y análisis crítico de la literatura.
