**What the day will look like**:
- Develop creative, customized value propositions for private clients and prospects, demonstrating our company's solutions and capabilities.
- Design and implement innovative projects that drive improvement in innovation, knowledge depth, and efficiency in the proposal development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective development of proposals.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:
- Professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of general experience in the insurance, reinsurance, or brokerage sectors, preferably in technical areas, underwriting or developing value propositions.
- Knowledge on insurance, Microsoft Office, desired agile methodologies, creative and radical thinking.
