This role covers all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.

As a Field Svc Ops, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing Service Technicians for the account, indirect upselling on accounts and customer service.
- Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team
- Discussing consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization
- Ensuring contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information
- Ensuring Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.

- Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
- Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Have experience working with multiple internal teams to execute logistics to meet customer requirements
- Have good / extensive of experience in Manufacturing that relates to Warehousing and Logistic
