**What Success Looks Like**
- **Defect Detection and Resolution**: Successfully identify, report, and assist in resolving at least 95% of software defects before they reach the production environment.
- **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of product functionality and architecture, evidenced by the ability to accurately answer inquiries related to these areas.
- **Customer-Centric Development**: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach by advocating for end-user needs during software development lifecycle.
**Qualifications ✏️**:
- **C1 or above English level (strictly necessary)**:
- Experience designing and implementing test plans.
- Excellent understanding of why test cases are needed and how to do regression testing.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to think outside of the box and think of unconventional approaches.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience writing auto tests is desirable.
**Desired skills**:
- Experience implementing automatized QA
- Knowledge about automation tools and technologies
