Leads strategic initiatives through cross-functional influence and collaboration, developing and implementing short
- and long-term corporate plans for products or product lines. Performs strategic analysis of the market, competition and consumer behaviour to define the feasibility and profitability of new solutions or enhancements. Designs comprehensive marketing and positioning strategies, coordinating with development, sales, communication and marketing teams to ensure effective execution throughout the product life cycle. Acts as a technical reference and key communicator, facilitating the adoption and implementation of high impact projects in the organization.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Formulates and examines short
- and long-range corporate plans, goals and objectives for specific product or product line
- Performs competitive product analysis and market research of consumer product behaviour and professional audiences
- Determines profitability and feasibility of new products or product enhancements
- Develops production and marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity, working closely with product development for a given product, brand or product area during its life cycle
- Works with other functions to complete product specifications
- Provides advertising with core brand equity
- Serves as technical advisor, product demonstration and product issues

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Completed university degree
- 2 years of relevant experience in the design of integrated marketing strategies, as well as strategic analysis of the market, competition and consumer behavior.
- Advanced English would be an advantage.
- Advanced Excel, Power Point & AI skills would be an advantage.
- Pavilion experience (experience entering the operating room)
