Survias es una empresa líder en la operación y mantenimiento de infraestructura vial, comprometida con la innovación y la sostenibilidad. Estamos en búsqueda de un Project Analyst para unirse a nuestro equipo de Mantenimiento y Desarrollo.

**Misión del Puesto**:
Contribuir de manera significativa al éxito de los departamentos de Mantenimiento y Desarrollo a través del apoyo administrativo y la optimización de la gestión de procesos, garantizando la eficiencia y la mejora continua.

**Objetivos Clave**:

- Optimizar los tiempos de gestión de procesos, aumentando la eficiencia operativa.
- Distribuir equitativamente la carga de trabajo, maximizando la productividad del equipo.

**Principales Actividades**:

- Supervisar y optimizar los procesos internos para asegurar su eficacia y eficiencia.
- Gestionar y monitorear los presupuestos de manera proactiva para maximizar la utilización de los recursos.
- Redactar y gestionar documentos clave como informes, actas y cartas, asegurando la precisión y profesionalismo en la comunicación.
- Analizar datos y documentos relevantes para facilitar decisiones informadas y estratégicas.
- Realizar seguimientos periódicos y analíticos de la información y procesos de cada área, proponiendo ajustes y mejoras basados en el análisis detallado.
- Desempeñar tareas adicionales, relacionadas y complementarias, según lo requiera la dirección.

**Requisitos de Formación**:

- Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Civil en Obras Civiles o carreras afines.

**Competencias Técnicas Requeridas**:

- Experiência y conocimientos avanzados en gestión de contratos de concesión de obras públicas.
- Fuerte capacidad analítica y habilidades en el control documental.
- Aptitud para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente en un entorno dinámico.
- Compromiso firme con el cumplimiento de plazos y la consecución de objetivos.
- Pasión por el aprendizaje continuo y el desarrollo profesional propio y del equipo.

**Requisitos de Experiência**:

- Mínimo 3 años de experiência profesional relevante (Requisito Obligatorio).
- Nível intermedio de inglés, tanto oral como escrito (Preferible).
- Experiência previa en gestión de contratos de concesión de obra pública (Valorado).
