**Position Summary**:
Foreign Trade Traffic Analyst, reporting directly to the Planning supervisor. Responsible for the implementation and execution of Flowserve Chile specific logistics strategies, as well as maintaining an effective working relationship with key logistics providers to maximize Flowserve's logistics capabilities and enhance the customer experience from order to delivery.

**Responsibilities and requirements**:
Handling of imports and exports (Air, Ocean and Ground).

Handling of documentation with Customs Agency (document review, provision of funds and Certificates of Origin).

Sending documentation to Warehouse (Invoice, Packing list, COO and Provision of Funds).

Negotiations with Freigh Forwarder.

Negotiations with Courier (Fedex, DHL).

Shipment tracking (forwarder and Courier).

Handling of Export Licenses (English Language).

Handling of National and International purchases.

Entry of requirements to the ERP system.

Purchase Order Processing and respective follow up.

Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 procedures and company policies.

Promote and support a safe work environment in the plant. Ensure all safety training and documentation is up to date according to company requirements and procedures. Promote and support all HSE activities such as audits, improvement plans, special events and others.

**Skills/Experience Required**:
Foreign trade knowledge/experience.

Strong knowledge and proficiency in the use of Incoterms and customs regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly.

Ability to work as a team player and communicate with other employees at other sites.

Ability to work in a team environment

Fluent in English

Bachelor's degree or technician in foreign trade or related field.
