YOUR ROLE*

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer / Head of Marketing.

The role is perfect for someone who wants to take ownership of creating our growth flywheel.

This role is for you if you think big, execute fast and are fine with ambiguity. You are able to roll your sleeves up and be in the depths of executing detail one minute and then be thinking extremely big picture / strategically the next. This role isn’t for you if you are not able to bring a creative flair or be able to create things from scratch. We are a lean team and all leaders have to be hands-on executors.

The main language spoken in the company is English.

This is a full-time, permanent role & reports to the CEO.

Locations: Worldwide - Remote

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Grow heavy volumes of qualified student & qualified company leads to our website
- Own, manage & continuously improve the website & its conversion results
- Own & optimize the marketing budget
- Ensure a high-performing marketing team
- Make our brand aspirational, attracting the hearts & minds of students & companies worldwide with inspirational stories

YOUR SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS*
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications OR the equivalent in experience
- 5+ years experience & successful track record in marketing
- Inspirational storyteller
- Inspirational brandbuilder
- Excellent communication skills, decision-making skills & first-class attention to detail
- Experience with both B2C & B2B digital marketing
- Experience with the media / PR and digital reputation management
- Experience in creating & executing first-class user experience journeys
- Proven ability to manage & optimize budgets
- You combine being both data/results-driven with creative flair
- You create / oversee both strikingly attractive visuals & inspirational, effective, succinct copy
- Deep understanding of google analytics, google Adwords, SEMrush/Moz/Ahrefs and A/B testing tools
- Experience with Salesforce & Marketing Cloud (CRM) & Wordpress
- Familiarity with attribution models and campaign reporting metrics that drive lead generation and retargeting opportunities
- Experience with / overseeing attractive graphic design, video content & production
- Experience with granular, detailed quantitative reporting
- Effective leader and team player who knows how to hire the right marketing talent and ensure this talent flourishes
- Fluent written and verbal English
