**The Role**

This is a full-time, permanent role, we are flexible on location either Brazil or Chile.

**In this role you will have the opportunity to**:

- Provide administrative and coordination support for a variety of marketing programs and campaigns across multiple channels
- Provide analysis of all results and tracking in our CRM (SalesForce) to improve our business intelligence and reduce the time to sales
- Execute on the coordination of design, content, and translation pieces for key regional marketing assets including video, collateral, content, blog posts
- Coordinate with vendors for production and distribution, including the localisation of marketing/sales material to support events and other activities

**In order to be successful in this role you should have**:

- A marketing or related degree with 5+ years’ experience, or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Spanish and English, Portuguese is an advantage
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo and CRM software as well as Salesforce is desirable
- Experience in B2B software or B2B technology company is an advantage
- A collaborative self-starter with strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects and follow established standards and processes
- The ability to work across a global organization, spanning different time zones and cultures, with availability to travel as required
- A willingness to learn and a keen interest and passion for marketing and sales
