Overview and main functions
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team.
Based in Santiago de Chile, reporting to the Manufacturing Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining adequate process control, which guarantees stability and ability to meet technical specifications and customer requirements, through the standardization and continuous improvement of work methods and procedures, as well as preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance to improve and replace plant equipment and machinery in order to guarantee their availability for compliance with the production plan.
Main Responsibilities
01. Lead and enforce the culture of safety, health and environment in your work team.
02. Ensure optimization plan for machine performance, including changeover times, line speeds and process conditions.
03. Collect and analyze data for system improvements.
04. Review and evaluate the performance of the area on a permanent basis, and establish evaluation measures, provide direction of work plans, in addition to managing human resources and teams under their responsibility, ensuring the development of generating multiskills of operational personnel.
05. Participar da análise TNC de produtos não conformes, reclamações de clientes e/ou outros processos de melhoria organizacional.
06. Atender aos requisitos, normas, políticas e procedimentos dos sistemas de gestão. Além de garantir o cumprimento de seus objetivos.
07. Promover os requisitos de segurança, qualidade e ambiente corporativo, próprios da empresa e estabelecidos nas normas ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14.001 aplicáveis à área.
08. Participar ativamente de programas e treinamentos e reportar quaisquer problemas associados (Incidentes, produto não conforme, falha da máquina, riscos potenciais, eventos ambientais, quase-incidente).
Quem estamos procurando?
Estamos à procura de um trabalhador com as seguintes habilidades:
- Engenheiro Civil ou Industrial, Elétrico, Execução Mecânica ou profissão correlata
- 5 a 10 anos de experiência em posições relacionadas
- Gestão da manutenção em plantas de produção.
- Conhecimento em regulamentações ambientais locais.
- Fabricação de condutores elétricos, trefilação, fiação, extrusão.
- Aspectos legais inerentes ao seu cargo, requisitos regulamentares: ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
- Procedimentos internos e corporativos aplicados à sua área.
- Inglês nível avançado
- MS Office nível avançado.
