**Role and responsibilities**
- Ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end interview process from first contact to final decision
- Support the recruiting team with administrative and operational tasks such as job posting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Continuously explore new channels and ideas to attract diverse and qualified talent

**Requirements**:
**Required qualifications and skills**
- A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably within fast-paced or technology-focused environments
- Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or other sourcing tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
