**The Role**
- Do you want to be part of an exciting journey, using your financial modeling skills to support the renewable energy transition? Look no further, we have it all
- As an important member of our Finance team, the Financial Analysis Analyst will manage the modelling and analysis of new solar & wind power plant opportunities (greenfield, brownfield acquisitions and M&A) in Chile. The Financial Analyst will have, among others, the following main responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for power plants - specifically working with different financing and tax structures
- Evaluate the merits of potential investment opportunities and project finance debt raising - providing scenario analyses and performance and deal structure optimisation suggestions
- Maintain the model portfolio for all existing and new power plants and support improving it by drawing on information from developers, finance, operations
- Support the analysis and reporting of each plant’s performance to Management, investors and lenders including detecting signs of underperformance and their root cause
- Support in the preparation and maintenance of budgets, management accounts and presentations to the Management of the Company
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes

**Desirable skills**:
1. Outstanding financial modelling skills with Microsoft Excel, VBA experience advantageous
- 2. Accounting and Finance knowledge
- 3. Capacity to work independently and manage an intense agenda
- 4. Analytical approach & highly numerical as well as a systematic, structured, and rational approach
- 5. Excellent interpersonal skills
- 6. Fluent in English
