**The Work You’ll Do**

This role is located in Chile and will remotely be an integral part of the America’s Partners & Alliances Team. We are seeking an experienced partner manager for a new and strategic role to build our NetSuite partner ecosystem. You will identify, recruit, on-board, and grow new channel partners in the US who can leverage our NetSuite integration to drive incremental referral and resell opportunities. It is not anticipated that any travel to the US is necessary.

**_ More specifically, you will:_**
- Consistently deliver new Sovos Partners and meet established referral bookings targets.
- Develop and execute a detailed territory plan to maximize new partner recruitment opportunities.
- Educate and mobilize internal teams to support partner recruitment objectives.
- Work with marketing to implement successful recruitment campaigns
- Be responsible for the overall recruitment, onboarding, enablement, engagement, account mapping and overall partner business plan for each new partner signed.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships at the executive level with partners.
- Partner management to include defining, forecasting, developing, and monitoring partner performance goals and objectives.
- Work with legal to develop and execute non-disclosure (NDA) and partner agreements.
- Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external partner satisfaction.
- Work closely with our product team to understand our NetSuite integration and represent findings and feedback.

**What We Need From You**
- Prior channel experience establishing new partner relationships with consulting, accounting, or services firms. Knowledge of NetSuite or ERP ecosystems is desirable.
- Knowledge to recognize and grow joint value propositions and use cases.
- Partner Agreement negotiation experience.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota.
- History of successfully managing resell and/or referral partners
- Successful record of managing partnerships and interacting with senior executives.
