**About the Role**

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager who will serve as a driving force behind our business growth. You will ensure the timely and successful completion of various projects through effective planning, clear communication, consistent follow ups and flawless execution.

**What You’ll Do**
- Coordinate and work closely with various teams (Product, Marketing, Development, Operations, etc.) to make sure that everyone is on track with project requirements, budget, schedules and deadlines
- Establish and maintain processes during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance guidelines and risk assessments
- Take projects, map them out to overall goals and ensure consistent follow ups
- Provide regular and clear communication with project stakeholders to identify and resolve any issues as they arise, prepare and communicate status reports
- Set new standards - updating or improving any existing business processes
- Serve as a glue that will keep and hold projects together and teams accountable
- Conduct post-mortem, project evaluation and identify any opportunities for future improvements

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively with little to no guidance
- Systems oriented with strong planning expertise
- Impeccable eye for detail and the ability to deliver accurate results within given deadlines
- Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management tools
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business and changing priorities
- A self-starter with a collaborative spirit
- Experience implementing EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus
- Ability to work US time zone (PST hours) to meet our business needs
