**Responsibilities**:

- Design, modify, and test technical architecture to meet business requirements and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Assess the business impact of technical decisions and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Build and set up new development tools and microservice infrastructure to support ongoing projects.
- Work on ways to automate and enhance development and release processes to increase efficiency.
- Analyze existing technology and develop plans and processes for improvement.
- Set up new alarms and monitoring tools to ensure system health and availability.
- Recommend performance enhancements by identifying alternative solutions and implementing best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with microservices and CI/CD pipelines to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity.
- Write technical documentation to support development, deployment, and maintenance activities.
- Help resolve technical problems as they arise and provide guidance to team members.
- Conduct testing procedures to ensure systems are running smoothly and meet quality standards.
- Ensure that systems satisfy quality standards and procedures to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a full stack developer with proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical architect role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud computing, and DevOps principles.
- Experience building and deploying scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
