**What the day will look like**As a Talent Assessment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of talent assessment projects for both internal and external clients across Brazil, Mexico, Central America, and HSA. Your day will involve:

- Collaborating with senior consultants and internal teams to coordinate and execute assessment projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
- Assisting in the setup and delivery of assessment tools and platforms, managing logistics, and contributing to the smooth execution of project components.
- Analyzing assessment results using standardized tools, preparing client-facing reports, and extracting meaningful insights to support decision-making.
- Facilitating effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders, gathering requirements, and aligning solutions to client needs.
- Participating in post-project reviews and internal feedback processes to support ongoing service enhancement and operational excellence.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; coursework or certifications in assessment or organizational psychology is a plus.
- Initial experience in HR, consulting, or assessment-related roles (internships or entry-level positions acceptable).
- Interest in developing project management capabilities and gaining hands-on experience in client delivery.
- Basic understanding of talent assessment concepts and willingness to learn psychometric tools and methodologies.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and client-oriented mindset.
