**JOB SUMMARY**:
Dedicated to cultivating and nurturing strong business relationships with assigned TD SYNNEX vendors, the Vendor Business Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing financial performance. This role involves comprehensive management of the vendor business plan, aligning vendor objectives with TD SYNNEX goals, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance market share.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Strategic Vendor Management**:
- Oversee the development and execution of vendor business plans within the TD SYNNEX organization, harnessing the strengths and resources of vendors to maximize mutual benefits.
- Effectively communicate supplier strategies and advantages to the TD SYNNEX organization, fostering a clear understanding of shared objectives.
**Financial Management**:
- Propose and manage incremental funding initiatives at the vendor level, ensuring financial support aligns with strategic goals.
- Determine, monitor, and recommend tactical and strategic plans for the vendor-TD SYNNEX business relationship.
**Business Development and Market Expansion**:
- Implement robust business development strategies to enhance market share and drive sustainable growth.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication with TD SYNNEX's product groups, particularly in price negotiations and market intelligence.
**Subject Matter Expertise**:
**Performance Analysis and Reporting**:
- Manage activities and programs to optimize the vendor's pro-forma performance, contributing significantly to TD SYNNEX's financial goals.
- Conduct thorough analysis and generate reports on program impact for the vendor, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
**Forecasting and Rebate Management**:
- Effectively manage forecasting pipeline requirements and rebate projections, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- ** Education and Experience**:
- One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience providing a solid foundation of knowledge and skills.
