We are looking for a **Sr Java Developer **to join an Important chilean bank

Are you an experienced Java Developer with a passion for innovation and cutting-edge technologies? We want you to be part of our team at GlobalLogic, supporting a major Chilean bank in its mission to deliver exceptional solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Java, minimum 4 years, with knowledge of Java 8 above.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Microservices development and design.
- Experience integrating SOAP Web Services.
- Experience in version control using Git/Git-Flow.
- Experience in testing: unit, integration and performance testing.
- Knowledge of Code Review practices (manual or automatic with some technological solution).
- Knowledge of CI/CD
- Knowledge of Apis / Restful design.
- Knowledge of agile working methodologies.
- Experience in SpringBoot, and solid knowledge in Spring framework.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Knowledge in design patterns.
- Desirable:

- SAGA, Choreography, Orchestrator.
- Circuit Braker
- Java Certification.
- Experience in nodeJS.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role you will have the opportunity to:

- Implement a MicroServices Catalog based on a worldwide reference model under management standards.
- Provide APIS and Microservices for both our internal and external customers.
- Generate robust governance (process, roles, technology) to enable timely, timely and quality delivery of microservices to our customers.
- Generate knowledge internally in the bank, in order to improve competitiveness and achieve differentiation, implement a career plan that allows personal and professional development, which allows to feel attracted to their work and functions.
- Generate quality and performing MS in time and form, for a correct integration during the projects.

The main responsibilities are:

- Adoption in the implementation of continuous integration.
- Optimize move-to-production times by making continuous deliveries for internal and external customers, with focus on improving time-to-value and achieving efficiencies by decreasing certification efforts.
- Be a technical reference for APIs and Microservices, safeguarding the quality in the design, implementation and optimal execution of APIs and Microservices.
