Responsibilities of the role:

- Study the integrations requirements from functional teams and develop into actionable stories with required technical details
- Lead end-to-end delivery of integration components, working with cross-functional teams, external partners, testing teams etc.
- Lead a team of integration developers (onsite and offshore)
- Provide technical leadership to fix any production issues
- Hands-on development as and when required, code review (ensuring code quality)
- 2-3 years’ experience in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Function Apps)
- Ability to lead a small team of developers from offshore locations - may need daily touch base with team members located in India or Eastern Europe to explain the requirements, clarify doubts and unblock any technical challenges.
- Attitude to help other team members to thrive along
- Advanced english level

Technology knowledge expected:

- (Confluent) Kafka experience is desirable
- Prior experience with SoftwareAG web Methods is desirable
- Knowledge on Java, Spring Boot, or JavaScript preferred
- Prior Retail domain experience is a plus
