**About this role**:
**Network Engineer design, solution, deploy, migrate, manage, and change network infrastructure services, across all networks related technologies for our end customers. Including but not limited to networks (routing, switching, wireless, FW, data center technologies, load balancers, etc.)**:
**What you’ll do**:
- **Provide technical support network infrastructure services, responding to issues and assisting in tasks.**:
- **Contribute to the implementation of network infrastructure projects and assignments.**:
- **Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure systems, ensuring reliability and performance.**:
- **Work with the team to enhance network infrastructure effectiveness and address technical challenges.**:
- **Support the development of networking infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and configuration records.**:
- **Follow established best practices and standards in network infrastructure service delivery.**:
- **Utilize technical skills to address network infrastructure issues and incidents.**:
- **Coordinate with third party vendors the resolution of incidents and/or projects (Vendor Management).**
**Who you are**:
- ** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience**:
- ** +5 years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role**:
- ** Proven experience in network infrastructure technology support and management**:
- ** Proficiencies in technical knowledge**:
- ** A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.**:
**Other Qualifications**:
**- **Fluent in English (Spoken and Written)**:
- **Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus**:
- **Cisco CCNA / CCNP certified or any other relevant network certification (preferred)**
