- esponsibilities: Examines, analyzes, and interprets complex accounting records for the purpose of ensuring compliance with accounting standards. E
- nsure accurate and timely reporting of revenue under ASC 606 in compliance with GAAP. S
- upport month-end close and external financial and internal control audits. C
- ompile account information and prepare monthly journal entries P
- repare and maintain monthly account reconciliations R
- ork with global colleagues on intercompany revenue and expense. Recording of transactions impacting the BS and PL. Completion of global reconciliation A
- nalyze and explain monthly balance sheet and income statement fluctuations and variances A
- ssist with compiling year-end external audit and internal audit requests A
- ssist the Assistant Controller and Controller with any ad hoc research, clean-up, reporting projects W
- ork with various departments to streamline data flow and processes

- ualifications: BA/BS in accounting A
- t least four (4) years of accounting experience. E
- xcellent knowledge of accrual accounting, account reconciliations, as well as knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). E
- xcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. A
- bility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines. S
- trong analytical and accounting skills. A
- dvanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros) E
- xcellent resolution and follow up skills. I
- nnovative and creative for collaborating on projects and process improvements. S
- trong IT/systems ability and adaptability to ERP systems A
- mbitious and diligent with commitment to improvement and high standard of work C
