Prestigious hotel on Avenida del Mar in La Serena seeks to incorporate an Operations Supervisor who will report directly to the Hotel Manager, to fulfill the following functions:

- Guarantee the satisfaction of our clients from the moment they enter until they leave the hotel.
- Prepare daily work plan and assign tasks to staff, ensuring compliance with established service times.
- Ensure standards of personal presentation, punctuality and use of protective equipment of the personnel in charge.
- Address customer complaints in a timely and diligent manner
- Supervise cleaning of common spaces and hotel rooms
- Support reception duties when required
- Coordinate delivery and receipt of laundry
- Support hotel procurement efforts.
- Coordinate maintenance with the Operations Manager
- Coordinate correct development of events
- Supervise correct collection and billing to clients (and other administrative tasks)
- Support Management in any required work
- Among other functions

**Requirements**:

- Higher education degree in tourism or hotel administration (desirable, but not exclusive)
- Driver's license up to date
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong service orientation
- Previous experience in administration of tourist enclosures
- Command of English at least at an intermediate level

Remuneration according to market and experience.

45 hours per week with rotating shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
