Purpose:
Key Results:

- Generation and fulfillment of Dockers brand OTB
- Compliance with the weekly PO emission plan for the Dockers brand.
- Compliance and improvement in the inventory return policy for the Dockers brand.
- Compliance and improvement of inventory coverage of the Dockers brand
- Compliance and improvement of the E&O policy of the Dockers brand
- Compliance with and improvement of the $ inventory level policy based on current policies.

Additional Information and Key Metrics:
OTB, $Inv EOP, Turns, E&O

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the correct planning of inventory requirements of your team based on the demand plan for the entire Dockers brand.
- Ensure the issuance of purchase orders in time for your team based on the weekly requirements of PCONF / Issuance of POs.
- Monthly consolidation of the OTB shopping plan for the Dockers brand
- Tracking purchase orders from in order to avoid supply chain delays
- Monitoring of Ship Risk of the Levis brand as well as action plans to minimize risk levels of the brand in general.
- Monthly consolidation, monitoring and improvement of E&O for the Dockers brand.

Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor degree, Industrial Engineer, Bachelor of administration, bachelor in International Business

Years and Type of Experience Required: 2 years in related jobs

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
SAP

APO

Excel

Power BI or business intelligence software

APICS certification is a plus

Complexity and Accountability:
Is the responsible for the Inventory levels in Dockers ANDES (BOLIVIA, CHILE AND PERU)

Key partners & Interaction:

- Internal: Merch Planning, Commercial, LTC
- External (if applicable): Vendors, SSM, Resource planning
