**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Full-Stack Designer who can take an established brand system and bring it fully to life, from polished Figma layouts to seamless Webflow implementations. You will own the complete execution of a comprehensive digital brand activation project, including designing and building the main company website and a personal branding site for the CEO. This is a full-time engagement, anticipated for approximately 3 months, with potential extension based on project scope and performance.
You will work from an established brand architecture and visual direction, translating static designs into responsive, animation-rich, production-ready sites. Every interaction, hover, and transition should feel subtle and purposeful, conveying precision and calm sophistication through typography, rhythm, and spatial balance. You will be equally responsible for designing pages, creating brand illustrations, and ensuring clean, intelligent Webflow implementation with smart responsiveness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute the full set of pages for the main company website and CEO personal branding site in Figma with refined, production-ready layouts.
- Translate static Figma designs into responsive, seamless Webflow builds with clean structure and component-based architecture.
- Create custom light brand illustrations and visual assets that reflect the brand identity and aesthetic direction.
- Design and implement sophisticated interactions, animations, and transitions that feel purposeful and elevate user experience without distraction.
- Ensure responsive design across all devices, with attention to typography, rhythm, spatial balance, and visual hierarchy.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system between Figma and Webflow, establishing reusable components and templates for consistency.
- Design supporting brand collateral, including PDF one-pagers, presentation templates, and digital assets that share the same visual logic and tone.
- Collaborate with the client leadership to refine details, ensure brand alignment, and deliver world-class visual execution.
- Manage SEO considerations and best practices throughout the website build.
- Ensure all deliverables—from website pages to collateral—share a single visual logic and convey an elevated, effortless, and cohesive experience.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of professional design experience with demonstrated expertise in brand activation and digital design projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for designing complete page layouts, design systems, and brand assets with production-ready quality.
- Expert-level proficiency in Webflow, including component architecture, responsive design, and custom interactions and animations.
- Strong grasp of graphic design principles: typography, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Demonstrated ability to craft detailed, thoughtful interactions and micro-animations that enhance user experience.
- Portfolio showcasing full-stack design work from Figma conception through Webflow implementation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to refine creative direction.
- Ability to manage complexity, prioritize deliverables, and maintain quality standards across a multi-faceted project.
