**Main Purpose**

Ensure an excellent customer experience by leading product launches, positioning, and marketing plans for Bayer's Crop Protection and digital tools. Drive demand generation and training strategies aligned with regional needs while implementing plant nutrition portfolio initiatives.

**Your mission will be to**
- Develop and implement Commercial and Marketing Plans in coordination with Pricing, Campaign, and Regional Sales Teams, based on market insights.
- Lead product launches and local brand positioning strategies, ensuring strong value propositions.
- Act as a technical reference for Sales Teams, especially for the Fruits and Vegetables portfolio in Argentina.
- Design and execute communication plans, including key messages and product narratives.
- Promote and monitor the use of Impulse Bayer across Sales Teams and dealer networks.
- Collaborate with Marketing Development (MD) teams to define and transfer knowledge related to new launches and portfolio strategies.
- Lead brand activation at the channel level and coordinate expert communities (Experts and Masters).
- Identify local business needs and opportunities to tailor demand generation and customer experience activities.
- Support Sales Teams with the implementation of customized plans and training programs at the dealer level.
- Ensure ongoing follow-up and effectiveness of demand generation and training initiatives.
- Drive strategies for the growth and development of the Dekalb portfolio.
- Contribute to the creation of integrated solutions for farmers, enhancing value delivery.

**Unlock your potential**
- University degree, Master's degree (desired)
- _Fluent in English (desired)_
- Strong agronomic and business knowledge
- Background in sales, marketing, product management, or technology development.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural markets, their dynamics, players, competitors, suppliers, and future trends
- Relationship and network, courage and candor, agility, results orientation, initiative, and foresight
- Influencing, Customer focus. Critical Thinking about the business
