**About the Position**

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Concierge to join the team at a luxury property manament company in USA. You will be the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, ensuring their every need is met and their expectations are exceeded. You will play a pivotal role in creating an unforgettable experience for our residents, fostering a sense of community, and upholding the reputation of our company as a world-class level of service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to our company clients, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and beyond expectations.
- Utilize advanced technology platforms to manage reservations, itineraries, and client requests efficiently.
- Showcase expertise in luxury hospitality to provide recommendations, insights, and solutions that align with the high standards of our clientele.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service offerings and address any client concerns promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the luxury travel industry, including trends, destinations, and services.

**Qualifications**
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in luxury hospitality or related fields, with a track record of delivering high-quality customer service **(MANDATORY)**:

- Advanced English proficiency **is mandatory, **with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Hospitality Management (or related field) is highly deseirable, reflecting a foundational understanding of industry standards and practices.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate and utilize various digital tools and platforms to enhance customer experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of clients and the business, ensuring the highest level of service is maintained at all times.
